Every year since 2000, creatives from Central and Eastern Europe have come to the small, medieval town of Piran off the Adriatic Sea for a three-day festival that celebrates the creative spirit.
Created by New Moments New Ideas Founder Dragan Sakan, the Piran Idea Y&R CEE Festival aims to inspire people to reach their full creative potential, while giving them the opportunity to have their work judged by award-winning Y&R creative heads. Over the course of 13 years – NMNI became a part of the Y&R network in 2007 – the festival has hosted more than 700 delegates from 45 countries, and at one time included all WPP agencies in the region.
